Originally championed by Dr. Eric Abercrumbie, From 1983 to 1999 The Black Man Think Tank brought together an international array of authors, journalists, political leaders, activists, and students to examine societal challenges affecting African Americans with a goal of bringing about change to help black men beat the odds.
Our reimagined version of the Think Tank serves as an immersive catalyst, dedicated to addressing the specific health and societal challenges that Black men face, focusing on mental and physical health, financial well-being, and relationships. We are leveraging the energy and attendance of African Americans during Cincinnati Music Fest weekend to draw attention to these critical, life-changing conversations.
